Pantry Love is a product of Jascot Development LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("we," "us," "our"). Pantry Love operates the Pantry Love website and service — a meal planning app built to help budget-conscious families access clear nutritional data. 2. What Data We Collect
We collect data in two ways: what you give us directly, and what we collect automatically.

4. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon (a cloud database provider). All data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted database storage
- Access controls limiting who can view your data
- Regular security reviews
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or as required by law. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Feedback submissions are retained for up to 2 years.
5. We Don't Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.
6. Third Parties We Work With
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate Pantry Love:
- Render — Application hosting and deployment
- Neon — Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
- Google Fonts — Font delivery (no personal data shared)
- Polsia Analytics — Anonymous visitor analytics
These partners are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data as necessary to provide their services to us.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Pantry Love uses minimal tracking:
- Visitor ID (localStorage) — A randomly-generated anonymous ID stored in your browser to count unique visitors. It contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity.
- Session data — Standard web analytics about how you interact with the site (pages viewed, time on site). This data is aggregated and anonymized.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time to reset your visitor ID.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt-out — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format

9. Children's Privacy
Pantry Love is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email. Your continued use of Pantry Love after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
