Our Commitment
We believe in keeping things simple and fair. Pantry Love is currently free to use — no paid subscription, no credit card required. When we do introduce paid features, this policy will govern how refunds work. We're writing it now so you know exactly what to expect.
Current Service — No Charges Apply
Pantry Love does not currently charge for access to any features. Meal planning, recipe browsing, grocery lists, nutrition data — all free. There is nothing to refund today.
This policy is forward-looking and will take effect when paid features are introduced. We'll update the "Last updated" date and notify existing users of any material changes before they go into effect.
When Paid Features Launch
Once Pantry Love introduces a paid subscription tier, the following refund policy will apply:
30-day refund window. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal
- You are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we have been unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized charge)
What Is Not Refundable
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date
- Subscription renewals where the renewal notification was sent and the refund is requested after the renewal period has begun (beyond a 7-day grace window)
- Partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of that billing period
- Promotional or discounted plans where a no-refund condition was clearly disclosed at purchase
How to Request a Refund
Getting a refund should be easy. Here is what to do:
- Visit our contact page and submit a request with your email address and a brief description of your issue
- Or email us directly at pantry.love@polsia.app with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We aim to respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe a refund is warranted alongside your cancellation, include that note when you contact us and we will review it under this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Pantry Love evolves. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of any paid service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
